What is the Adult Caregiver Summit?
An education-first, in-person evening hosted by Chanda's House on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at MGM Springfield. The evening brings practical education, honest guidance, dinner, and real opportunities to connect with local resources — built for anyone caring for a loved one, or starting to plan for their own future care.
Who is this event actually for?
Family caregivers navigating care right now. Adults preparing for their own future care decisions. Healthcare and community professionals looking for trustworthy local partners. And service organizations that want to genuinely support caregiving families in Western Massachusetts.
How much do tickets cost?
Early-bird tickets are $19.99 through October 1, 2026. Standard pricing is $34.99 after that date, while tickets remain available. Every ticket includes dinner and access to the full evening — educational sessions, exhibitor conversations, and resource connections. Register at chandashouse.org/adult-caregiver-summit.
Is this going to be a sales pitch?
No. This evening is built around education and support, not sales. The focus is on giving you honest guidance and real resources — any conversations with exhibitors or sponsors happen on your terms, if and when you want them.
Where do Summit proceeds go?
Proceeds from the Adult Caregiver Summit support Chanda's House's mission to bring dignity, comfort, and community-based support to families navigating the end-of-life journey — including our family care scholarship program.

Getting there
What the evening looks like once you're in the room
When and where does it happen?
Thursday, November 19, 2026, at MGM Springfield. Attendee arrival begins at 3:00 PM, and the event runs through 8:00 PM. Additional logistics will be sent directly to registered attendees ahead of the event.
What will the evening include?
A mix of educational sessions, guided conversations, and time to connect directly with exhibitors and community resources — plus dinner and networking throughout. The evening is designed to help you leave with real answers and a clearer sense of what to do next.
Do I need to bring anything?
No special materials are required. Bring your questions and something to take notes with. If you're attending as a professional, business cards are welcome for exhibitor conversations. Please do not bring medical records or other personal health information — this isn't the setting for sharing protected health details.

Sponsoring & exhibiting
For businesses and organizations who want a real seat in the room
How does sponsorship work?
There are five sponsorship levels, ranging from $1,500 to $15,000, each including a set number of guest tickets and recognition benefits based on level. A standalone Exhibitor Table is also available at $750 for organizations that want a table presence without a full sponsorship commitment.
What do sponsors actually get?
Benefits scale by sponsorship level and may include guest tickets, logo placement, social media spotlights, public recognition, reserved seating, press release mention, and a speaking opportunity at higher levels. The standalone Exhibitor Table ($750) includes a table and two representative seats with dinner, separate from the sponsorship levels.
Who should exhibit?
Organizations across the care journey are welcome to apply, including healthcare providers, home care agencies, senior services, legal and financial planning professionals, senior housing communities, hospice and palliative care providers, caregiver support organizations, transportation services, and wellness providers. Applications are reviewed based on relevance to caregiving families, available space, and industry alignment.
