Acceptance. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Chanda's House, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Information, not medical advice. The site, including blog posts, program descriptions, and resources, is for general information about end-of-life care, caregiver support, and community education. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. For medical decisions, talk with a licensed professional. In an emergency, call 911.

Programs and services. Descriptions on this site do not promise that any program, service, or event is available to you. Eligibility, availability, and any fees are set by Chanda's House and may change.

Events and registration. Registration, sponsorship, and exhibitor details for events such as the Adult Caregiver Summit are described on their own pages and confirmed when you register. Refunds and cancellations are covered in the Donation and Refund Policy.

Donations. Donations are made through Givebutter and are covered by the Donation and Refund Policy.

Your use of the site. Please do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, send harmful code, submit false or another person's information, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access if these terms are broken.

Content on the site. The text, images, logos, and other content on this site belong to Chanda's House or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. Please ask us in writing before copying or reusing our content.

Submissions. If you send us a message, story, or testimonial, you confirm it is yours to share, and you allow us to use it to respond to you. We publish a testimonial only with your permission.

Links to other sites. We link to outside sites such as Givebutter and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

No warranty and limits of liability. The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Chanda's House is not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its content.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable United States federal law.

Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
